Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These terms cover your use of the SpotterMoney app and website. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read; if something is unclear, write to us.

1. Who provides the service

SpotterMoney is provided by AtSeaCode, the trade name of Maximiliano Filsinger, Argentina (“we”). Contact: contact@atseacode.dev.

2. What SpotterMoney is, and is not

SpotterMoney projects your balance forward from the accounts, income and expenses you enter, and estimates how much you could spend today without your projected balance falling below a cushion you choose before your next income arrives.

It is a planning tool, not financial advice. Its figures are only as accurate as what you enter, and real life does not always follow a schedule: a payment can arrive late, an amount can change, a bank can charge a fee you did not enter. Do not rely on SpotterMoney as your only basis for a financial decision. We are not a bank, a financial adviser or a payment service, and we never move money.

3. Your account

4. Price

SpotterMoney is free and shows no ads. If we ever introduce paid features, we will say so in advance, and anything that was free for you when you signed up will not be taken away and put behind a payment.

5. Your data

What you enter is yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it or delete it, together with your account, at any time from the app.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, reverse engineer it to build a competing service, or use it for anything unlawful. If you find a security problem, please tell us at contact@atseacode.dev.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep SpotterMoney available and correct, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or improve features. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using SpotterMoney and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account, or see how to delete your account). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why when the law and the situation allow it.

9. Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app's figures. Because the service is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

10. App stores

If you downloaded SpotterMoney from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Changes to these terms

We will update the date at the top when these terms change, and tell you in the app before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
