Delete your account

SpotterMoney by AtSeaCode

Deleting your SpotterMoney account removes the account and everything in it. It cannot be undone.

From the app

1. Open SpotterMoney and go to Settings.
2. Under Your data, tap Delete account.
3. Read the explanation and confirm. If you signed in with Apple on an iPhone, Apple asks you to confirm once more, so we can also remove SpotterMoney from your Apple ID.

Without the app

Email contact@atseacode.dev from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my SpotterMoney account”. If you used Apple's “Hide My Email”, write from your Apple ID address and tell us; we will confirm it is you before deleting anything. We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Every account, balance, income and expense you entered.
• Your settings.

Deletion from our database is immediate. Copies in our database provider's backups are overwritten as those backups rotate, within 30 days at most. Crash reports, which never contain your amounts or account names, expire after up to 90 days. Details in the Privacy Policy.
